Jim is the son of founder, Paul Rousseau, and joined the agency in 1984. Prior to joining the agency, he was a route man at White Star Laundry for 10 years. He is married to his 1st wife Pam (Nanos) and they have 4 children. When he's not in the office, Jim enjoys tending to his mother's property and attending Bible church.
