Jim is the son of founder, Paul Rousseau, and joined the agency in 1984. Prior to joining the agency, he was a route man at White Star Laundry for 10 years. He is married to his 1st wife Pam (Nanos) and they have 4 children. When he's not in the office, Jim enjoys tending to his mother's property and attending Bible church. Matt is the son of Marc Rousseau and joined the agency in 2003 as the 1st of the third generation of Rousseaus.
He graduated from Biddeford High School in 1996. He lives in Biddeford with his 2 children. My grandfather started this agency and I plan on doing things as well as he did for so many years.
