Bob Newland began his career in insurance fresh out of Rutgers University in 1984, with the Prudential Insurance Company of America.
After only a short time with the company, he was promoted to Sales Manager and placed in charge of an eight man staff.
Working for Prudential, Bob obtained his Life and Health Insurance license, as well as his Property, Casualty and Investment licenses.
He gained experience working with clients and managing a staff.
However, he grew tired of being bound to selling only one company's products.
After only a short time with the company, he was promoted to Sales Manager and placed in charge of an eight man staff.
