Partially-self funding or self-funding can be a very advantageous way for a group to manage their healthcare assets. Gaining significant advantage in the smaller group size markets due to ACA, we offer many different plan options, funding arrangement and stop-loss carriers to accommodate the many different needs of today's' employers.

For the smaller employers we have a more "packaged plan" approach, whereas, for the larger employers we can offer many of these different pieces broken out into more of la carte. Both of these options help the employer concentrate on cash flow and get a more hands on approach to their benefits. Core Employee Benefits is a full service Group Health, Life, Dental & Disability Insurance agency with over a decade of experience in the benefits industry.

AJ Little, a born and raised Idahoan, graduated from the University of Idaho.
He and his family currently reside in Eagle, Idaho and enjoy the many beautiful things the outdoors of Idaho has to offer along with a passion for hiking, camping, golfing and college football.
AJ is the President of Core Employee Benefits and has been a licensed agent with over 14 years of experience.
He holds one of the highest designations in the employee benefits field, the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), which is administered with the Wharton Business School and only a few agents in Idaho hold this designation.
Core Employee Benefits helps employers find health insurance options for 2 or more employees.
We work with all the major carriers with fully insured to self-funded options.
We help navigate all the nuances of ACA with the employer to help fund a plan that best suits the employer and employees needs.
Core Employee Benefits offer group plans looking for dental coverage.
These can be plans that are contributed to on an employer basis or on a voluntary basis.
About half of all businesses under 50 employees offer coverage while the majority of larger business (over 90%) offer some type of coverage to their employees.
