He began his career in insurance first becoming licensed as an agent in 2003 and establishing a Property/Casualty Agency for his high school "senior project".
Throughout high school Grant herded cattle, worked in carpentry, and taught martial arts.
He holds a 3rd degree black belt in Taekwondo, Combat Masters in Haganah, holds his multi-engine private pilot's license, and is an avid motorcyclist.
