He has spent the last 11+ years helping individuals, families, self-employed and small business owners with insurance plans tailored to fit their needs and budget.
Wayne's thoughts on being an insurance broker: "Choosing insurance plans can be difficult; that's why I make it easy."
As an independent broker, I work with clients (individuals, families, and small employer groups) face to face across the table - not as some faceless, nameless out-of-state entity at the other end of an toll-free phone number.
Certainly some individuals have taken the Do-It-Yourself route and 'survived the process'.
Others have tried and gotten tangled up in the tax questions, some were led to the wrong website and thought they didn't qualify for help, some picked the 'cheapest plan', only to find out later that it wasn't their best choice and some picked a plan that didn't cover the providers and hospitals that they utilized.
As a matter of fact much of the 'information' that you get through local media (local newspapers, radio, websites and even the recent political debates) shows that much of the law is misunderstood in one way or another.
Because Original Medicare (Part A and Part B) coverage has limitations, many people purchase supplemental insurance policies that are specifically designed to cover some of the gaps.
These supplemental insurance policies, called "Medigap" or sometimes referred to "Medicare Supplement" policies, are sold by private health insurance companies, not the federal government.
Wayne offers plans from several carriers.
Often referred to as Medicare Part C, a Medicare Advantage Plan is an additional health plan choice offered to those eligible for Original Medicare (Part A and Part B).
