The agency was run out of his home until 1989. Upon Gayle's passing in 1986, his daughter, Melody Crow Cummings, took over the agency. Currently the business resides at 308 N Main St., Elk City, OK. In 2017, Melody decided to semi-retire and sold the business to her niece, Cori Crow Lowry, who is now the 3rd generation owner of Crow Insurance Agency
