Your premium is based on your income.
The standard Medicare Part B monthly premium in 2020 is $144.60.
If your income is above $87,000 (single) or $174,000 (married couple), then your Medicare Part B premium will be a higher monthly premium.
If you are not drawing Social Security, then you will be billed quarterly for your Part B premiums.
