As owner, Jay has been a licensed Property & Casualty Agent since 1995 and a license Life & Health Agent since 1999.
A native of Terre Haute and graduate of Terre Haute North Vigo High School, he has also served 6 years in the United States Air Force.
As a highly active member of the community, Jay is a retired NCAA referee who has spent years advocating for youth sports in the state.
