Don was born in Chicago, IL and graduated from Wartburg Lutheran College in Iowa and attended Bradley University for graduate studies.
He served our country in the Korean War and following his tour of duty opened a chain of carpet stores in the great state of Wisconsin. He moved to Florida in 1977 and began his insurance industry career founding Lange Life Agency that continues to specialize in Individual and Group Health, Life Insurance, Disability, Long Term Care and Annuities.
His sons Matthew and Douglas joined the firm several years ago. Don was a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and was awarded a lifetime membership in 2001, the only agent in Palm Beach County as well as one of five agents in the State of Florida to achieve this designation.
