Employee Benefits Division
Through openness and honesty, we strive to deliver services using only morally and ethically correct behaviors. In other words, if it causes us to lose sleep, we won't do it. With over 90 years experience in the fields of insurance and risk management, we've learned what works and what doesn't. But most importantly, we've learned to listen to our clients.

There is no one-size-fits-all solution. Starting from the ground floor with each customer, we make sure you get exactly what you need, and nothing you don't. By leveraging leading-edge technologies with our over 90 years experience, we can ensure you're receiving the best advice, the most competitive quotes, and the highest personalized service you've ever seen.

We capitalize on technologies that make you, your advisor, and your coverage closer and more approachable than ever before. We became clients of W3 Insurance in 2013 for our Workers Compensation Insurance. Their team inspected our premises, analyzed our 5 year loss history and did an audit on our Mod.
Services
Since 1925, Wallace Welch & Willingham has been providing quality service and unwavering commitment to our clients and community.
In order to provide the best coverage at the most affordable rates, we represent an extensive list of "A rated" insurance companies.
From being named a Top Place to Work in Tampa Bay to earning a Brighthouse finalist award, we are proud of our positive business impact.
And by working in a completely solar-powered building, we know we are doing our part to help the planet.
It has been over 90 years since the agencies that would one day become Wallace Welch & Willingham opened their doors in St. Petersburg, Florida.
The agency itself is a melding of 25 agencies that have merged or been acquired over the years.
In that time, the agency has seen and endured its fair share of adversity through recessions, bubbles and even war times.
A common denominator among all these companies has always been a strong client focus and a desire to perpetuate an independent future.
An agency contract between John P. Welch and the St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company was the catalyst for the company known today as Wallace Welch & Willingham.
At Wallace Welch & Willingham, we truly believe in the power of community.
Since 1925, our team has dedicated countless hours to the betterment of our community through various volunteer endeavors.
Through supporting local school backpack drives, arranging funding for St. Baldrick's Foundation, enabling dreams for children through The Children's Dream Fund and more, we strive to do all we can for the community at large.
Wallace Welch & Willingham's Community Involvement Committee selects and supports nonprofit causes while encouraging a spirit of agency volunteerism.
W3 believes in the advancement of women within our workforce.
This commitment goes far beyond the obligatory standard of being "non-discriminatory."
The agency looks for professional advancement opportunities for women and maintains an appropriate balance of male and female decision makers and team members.
Highly qualified professional insurance women represent a majority of the positions on W3's leadership team, where they apply their credentials and experience toward designing objectives and building/delivering agency goals.
In 2013, we made the commitment to do our part in protecting and supporting the environment.
Energy consumed by W3's office complex is partly generated by a 50,000 watt PhotoVoltaic System.
This Solar Energy System incorporated a Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) distributed load mounting system which was the first of its type to be installed in Florida.
W3 utilizes the electricity as it is produced; the system requires no batteries.
Load management devices, HVAC motor controllers, high efficiency fixtures, LED lighting and smart switches all combine with the Solar Energy System to reduce W3s power consumption by approximately 30%.
