He has over twenty years of experience building relationships and finding creative solutions for a wide variety of customers.
Prior to starting Mission Santa Barbara Insurance Services in February of 2017, Mr. Willis spent the most recent six years as an Agency Owner/Exclusive Agent for a large national insurance carrier.
Before that, Mr. Willis spent fourteen years in the banking industry, beginning with a stint in corporate banking before spending twelve years in interest rate derivative structuring and marketing.
