It was founded in 2005 by Paul R. Nash, CPCU, CLU, who, after seventeen years as a staff adjuster, saw a need for experienced and dependable independent adjusters following Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Wilma. The goal of Nash Property Claims is to handle your claims with superior customer service that includes same day contact on all claims and with the same attention to detail you would expect from your best staff adjuster.

Each claim is personally managed by Paul Nash or Sam Bogdon who will be the only members of the NPC staff who will have contact with your insured. This alleviates the concerns of having inexperienced or CAT adjusters handling your daily claims. Nash Property Claims has never used the services of a "1099" or temporary adjuster. The Territory Map shows the coverage area for daily and storm claims.

Please keep in mind assignments outside these areas are possible, but daily claims will be billed on a time and expense basis. Claim assignments can be assigned by use of fax or email.

When I reviewed the work of independent adjusters as a staff adjuster, I was always surprised how the actual bill rarely reflected the approved fee schedule.
The difference was the additional fees charged on top of the fee schedule amount for administrative costs, fax fees, phone fees, photos, etc.
My goal is for the client to know the approximate cost of my invoice once they know the size of the claim.
Most of my invoices are one line invoices for the fee schedule amount.
Most of the expenses are built into my fee schedule.
