Jon grew up in Northern Minnesota, attended Bemidji State University graduating in 2004 with a BS in Business Management.
After college, Jon worked for a captive insurance carrier and gained valuable experience, but soon realized that representing only one company did not give his clients the best service.
In 2006 Jon joined his father in his newly reopened Independent Agency in Virginia, MN and worked together to grow a business focused on the client's needs and a strong relationship with the companies they represent.

She moved to the twin cities for 20 years but moved back to her hometown to be closer to her large, and growing, family.
She thoroughly enjoys being the Customer Service Rep and helping clients with whatever their needs may be, whether it's making a policy change, filing a claim on their behalf or answering billing or general insurance coverage questions.
