Founded by Frank W. Kovats in 1973, Kovats Real Estate and Insurance Schools has been the leader in real estate education in North Jersey for the past half century. Now, a third generation school under the guidance of Kyle Kovats strives to educate our students on how to not only pass the state exam on their first try, but also hit the ground running in the industry.
Kyle is one of the very few teachers in the entire state who actively sells homes. In 2016 Kyle was named to the "National Association of Realtors Under 30" list and recognized as one of the top Realtors in the United States under the age of 30. As the lead instructor who teaches every class, Kyle blends education and practicality in his lessons.
In class you will not just have a teacher sitting down in a chair and reading from a book, but rather a teacher who is focusing on the most important aspects for test purposes all while giving real life examples from his every day experience as a real estate licensee himself.Looking for a new career or just to supplement your current income?
