Insurance Finance Company, LLC was established in 1969 by wholesale trucking and transportation specialist, Truckers Insurance, from West Des Moines, Iowa.
Truckers just wasn't satisfied with the level of service they had been receiving from existing premium finance companies.
IFC operated as a subsidiary of Truckers until 1984.
Truckers then sold IFC to a long term employee who had been running the company.
Our current owner, Brian Waller, joined IFC as President in 1994 and purchased the company outright in 2003.

From 1994 to 2003 he was the President and lead marketing person, establishing new relationships throughout the managing general agent network.
In 2003, he became sole owner of IFC.
