As a State Farm Agent since 2000, it has always been my agency's mission to help our customers prepare for what can go wrong; help them recover from the unexpected so they can plan for the future. At the beginning of my career, with State Farm, prior to becoming an agent, I was a claim professional. My job was to keep the promise their agent made, to be there when they needed us, settle their claim and help them get their lives back on track after a disaster.
