In 2016, I had the privilege of opening my State Farm agency doors in San Francisco, where I was born and raised. Having previously worked for State Farm, as an Auto Claim Rep., handling 100+ car insurance claim calls per day, I quickly realized customers could benefit from my experience and understanding of State Farm's policies. I value customer relationships built on transparency; the more I get to know my customers, the more useful I can be.

I enjoy conversing with people and business owners who are at all different stages in life, allowing me to provide custom recommendations and products that fit their insurance needs. The Victor Bull Insurance Agency provides free Auto insurance and Homeowners insurance quotes through the State of California and Oregon. Our brick and mortar office is located in the Marina neighborhood of San Francisco, California.
