Originally from Antigo, Wisconsin, Dave attended and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a bachelor's degree in finance in 1981.
While at the university he met and married his wife Lisa.
She graduated with a degree in finance and accounting and owns the local Allstate insurance agency with offices in the same building as the Strobel Insurance Agency.
After graduation Dave started his insurance career with Prudential insurance.
Dave then spent the next 17 years running an Allstate agency.

Eric specializes in commercial insurance, working with businesses to craft their insurance program on lines such as commercial auto, general liability and workers compensation along with all property lines.
Having obtained his CLCS, Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist, Eric is extremely qualified to work with any of your business needs.
Eric is a lifetime member of the Eau Claire community, graduating from Memorial High School where he participated in Football, Hockey & Baseball.
After graduation, Eric attended UW-Milwaukee, then transferred to UW-Eau Claire where he graduated with a bachelor's of Business Administration.
Having obtained his CLCS, Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist, Eric is extremely qualified to work with any of your business needs.

Outside of work, DaLonna is active with her 2 children and husband.
As a family, they enjoy the outdoors while fishing, hunting and participating in demolition derbies together.
They currently reside in the Lake Tainter area in Colfax, WI.

She grew up in Exeland, WI, and graduated from Bruce High School.
After high school, she attended WITC in Rice Lake, WI, and earned an Associates Degree in Business Management.
She became licensed in Insurance in 2017.
Prior to joining Strobel Insurance, Rhonda worked in a variety of customer service and management related positions.
