Hi! I'm Jon Saari, your local State Farm Insurance Agent proudly serving the people of Silver City, the Mining District and its surrounding areas. I have gratefully been a resident of this community since 1990. As a former County Manager, I knew early on that I wanted to help people in my community, without having my hands tied by all the red tape.
For me, protecting people from the unexpected is personal, not just because it's the right thing to do, but also because I know first-hand what it feels like to need insurance support as a cancer survivor. In 2005 I was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor, that I did not let stop me or stop me from helping others in need. I learned first-hand how important good coverage and personal service is when you need it.
I'm happily married for 27 years and the father of two incredible boys. I love camping, fishing and spending time outdoors as a family. I also have a passion of supporting youth sports in our community by coaching and sponsoring.
