Tim joined his father, Michael, at Evans, Pires & Leonard back in 1995 after graduating from Central Connecticut State University with a major in Business Management. He began his career at the agency as a Personal Lines Sales Executive. Soon after, he took on a new role as a leading sales figure in Commercial Lines. Using the "team" approach, Tim worked alongside his father and siblings to create new and exciting comprehensive cost-effective insurance programs for clients and prospective clients alike.
He has nearly 20 years of experience working with an array of customers such as: contractors, manufacturers, wholesalers, garage operations of both small and large throughout Connecticut assisting them in finding the best insurance programs for their organizations. Mike joined his family at Evans Pires & Leonard back in 1999. He began his career after receiving a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Masters in Professional Accounting, working for a number of years in "Big-8" public accounting.

In 1967, Michael W. Evans opened an insurance agency after previously working for an underwriter at a large national carrier.
In 1972, he then purchased the Fred C. Leonard agency in Hartford, and relocated to East Hartford in 1975, until moving to the current location on Roberts Street in 1986.
In 1998, Peter Pires joined the agency, which became known as Evans, Pires & Leonard.
Over time, Michael's children have joined the agency: first his daughter Marnie, followed by sons Mike Jr., Tim and Kevin and lastly son-in-law Mike Piergallini.
