Thomas Insurance Agency was formed originally in 1947 by Frank E. Webb as the Frank E. Webb Insurance Agency.
Mr. Webb began a relationship at that time with Traveler's Insurance Company that continues to this day.
Along the way Mr. Webb's wife, Edith Webb Steger, became active in the agency.
Mrs. Steger owned and operated the successful agency until 1980 when her son in law, Luther Thomas, returned to Buckingham and acquired the business.
Under Mr. Thomas' leadership the agency grew and prospered.
