In 1990 we had the fortunate opportunity of the Southern Alameda County Association of Realtors, SACAR, (currently the Bay East Association of Realtors) asking us to be the insurance broker for their insurance programs.
In 1992 there was a void in real estate errors & omissions insurance.
SACAR asked us to look into finding errors & omissions insurance for their Members.
As a result, we began offering errors & omissions insurance to real estate and related industries in 1992.
In early 2013, we also became the insurance broker for the North Bay Association of Realtors programs.

Back in April of 2004 the California Labor and Workplace Development Agency informed the California Association of Realtors that it intended to take aggressive action against any real estate office that wasn't carrying a worker's compensation policy for their office and their salespersons even though they are independent contractors.
