Pike Mutual Insurance
Pike Mutual offers Ohio residents quality Home, Mobile Home, Farm, and Rental Property insurance products marketed through independent agencies. In 1878 a group of local farmers got together to form a local insurance company which originated as Pike Township Farmers Mutual Insurance Company. In 1956 the name was shortened to Pike Mutual Insurance Company, and today, we continue to grow writing new business in the state of Ohio.

Maintaining your property can help with avoiding issues that could have been preventable, such as conducting roof checks and removing dead tree limbs. Once an incident occurs, you should contact your insurance agent to go over your options to better understand the scope of the damage. We even recommend getting a repair estimate prior to filing the claim.

If the monetary value of the loss of property is close to the amount of your deductible, consider paying it instead of filing a claim. This will help you avoid your premium being increased in the future. Pike Mutual, with their willingness to insure "Preferred Non-Standard" dwellings, has filled a void we had been experiencing in our agency.
