During the visit, the CWIRM Nurse Risk Manager will provide Loss Control Reports, review operations, identify potential loss exposures, trends, root cause analysis, evaluate the controls the facility has in place and provide suggestions and recommendations to improve loss results.The Nurse Risk Manager will help also develop a plan of action to help mitigate identified negative loss trends.
