We will be operating under the new name of Wichert Insurance Services of Florida LLC but continuing to be at this same location offering local service to all our clients in the Sarasota area and throughout Florida. The availability of flood insurance is easy and reasonable.
While those next to the coast and rivers certainly can see the need those of us located in the subdivision further from the coast still could be subject to water loss should we have a direct hit forcing water to back up and not drain to the overburdened streams and bay.
The National flood program provides preferred rates for those who are not in a designated flood zone, giving us a low cost alternative to protect our homes, businesses and personal property.
