She has a degree in Computer Information Security, Technical Support, AAS / Criminal Justice Information Security, AAS and currently pursuing her CIC designation. She is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a Notary with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Heidi has been employed with the John A Fiesta Agency for 18 years, and has been a licensed agent since 2003.
She has a degree in Paralegal and Legal Studies. She has earned the CISR Elite insurance designation as well as the CPIA designation and is currently in the process of earning her CIC designation. Heidi is also a Notary Public with the Commonwealth of PA. In her downtime, Heidi is an avid runner and competes in races with her husband as often as possible.
She is now training for her first marathon. A dog lover at heart, she is the pet parent of two adopted Treeing Walker Coonhounds, Bohdi and Palmer. Heidi's main goal in the insurance business is to build a trusting relationship with clients and provide reliable customer service.
