For policies canceled within 24 hours of application and payment, Agency will retain a fully earned minimum fee of $100.
Applicant may be entitled to a partial refund if proper replacement coverage is supplied to Agency by fax or email or if terms sales contract are unable to be met at dealership and vehicle is returned with proof of return faxed or emailed to Agency.
Partial refund is subject to prorated number of days that policy is in force.
