Tower Hill Insurance Group
Website
In 1972, we opened as a small insurance agency in South Florida. Still owned by our founding family, Tower Hill has grown into one of Florida's largest residential property insurers and has expanded into 16 additional states. Over the years, more than two million customers have trusted Tower Hill to protect their homes and businesses. We outgrew our office space, then entire buildings.

Our original logo, an edgy design back in the 1970s, was eventually replaced by a sturdy tower atop a hill - Tower Hill. As years turned into decades, our small agency grew into an entire family of companies. Today we are represented by over 400 employees and thousands of insurance agencies nationwide.

Flood Insurance Just an inch or two of water in your home can cause extensive and costly damage.
The number one disaster in the U.S., floods can happen anywhere at any time.
Everyone is at risk, no matter how near or far you live from the coast.
More than 25 percent of the National Flood Insurance Program's (NFIP) flood insurance claims are for structures outside identified flood zones.
What's more, flood damage is typically not covered by a standard homeowners policy.
According to CoreLogic, an estimated 70 percent of flood damage from Hurricane Harvey was not covered by any insurance.
Similar to the insurance available for a traditional home, a mobile homeowners policy includes property, contents and liability coverages.
Whether you own the land where the home is located is also an additional factor in the type of coverage needed.
Your agent can assist you in determining correct Dwelling coverage limits based on the purchase price or a source like the NADA book value.
There is no coverage for the land or lot where your home is located.
Replacement cost coverage for your home and contents is available.
Tower Hill is pleased to offer an alternative to home warranty plans.
Equipment Breakdown coverage is now available through your homeowners insurance policy for only $50/year.
If you're a homeowner with a Tower Hill policy, you now have the option to have your equipment breakdown exposures covered.
