What a pleasant and professional experience my wife and I had with Megan and Joy taking care of our needs. They took the time to address all the concerns and questions that we had and made sure that we understood each point as they made it. They found opportunities for us to upgrade our insurance to a level that we needed and also pointed out places where we didn’t need to increase our insurance. We recently changed insurance companies for our vehicles after 44 years with another company. Proverb not only saved us a good deal of money on our premiums, they took the time to answer every question we had (and there were several) and explain any terminology I happened to find confusing. I have never dealt with better people in my 52 years of carrying auto insurance.
