Since 2001 South Street Securities has forged a strong working relationship with Rampart. They have assisted us in attaining various insurances over the past 17 years. As medical insurance continues to dramatically increase over the years, Rampart introduced SSS to a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) in 2010, which has saved the company hundreds of thousands of dollars annually.
In 2003 SSS needed to acquire D&O insurance and discussed E&O insurance with Rampart. In the second half of 2017 I started discussions with Rampart about some plan changes in the SSS business model, as a result, they the advised me that it was the right time to upgrade my insurance coverage by adding the following: Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Errors & Omissions, Security Brokers/Dealers, Tech E&O and Cyber Liability.
