Wade graduated from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University in 1990 with a BA in Marketing.
He began working at the family agency, Bob Sales Insurance, in Brownsville, Texas, and later helped open up additional locations in Harlingen and South Padre Island.
He also helped his father and brother spearhead their partnership with IIC in San Antonio.
After many successful years in the Rio Grande Valley, he recently moved to the Boerne area with his wife, Lisa.
They have four grown children, also all graduates of Texas A&M University.
