After several years of working for a large national insurer, Bryan Neal and Nick Rougeau realized that being beholden to one company does not always lead to the customer receiving what is in their best interest.
To make sure the customer is receiving the appropriate coverage at the best price, there is a need to be contracted with multiple companies.
So, they set out on their own, and NRG Insurance was born.
Creating an Independent Agency meant they could work for the customer, as opposed to working for the company.

Bryan was born and raised in Jonesboro, AR.
He attended college at The University of Arkansas- Fayetteville where he met and married the love of his life Rachel.
After college Bryan and Rachel moved to Central Arkansas for Rachel to pursue a graduate degree from UAMS.
They now live in Conway where Rachel works at Conway Regional and they love being involved at The Summit Church.
Bryan likes to dabble in most things outdoors, but If he and Rachel aren't in Fayetteville cheering on the Hogs, you can catch Bryan at their farm in East Arkansas where he loves to duck and deer hunt with his family.
