GCH Insurance Group was founded in 2003 as RGI, Inc. by Russell Griffith.
Shortly thereafter, RGI merged with Jerry Catlett of Catlett's Financial Group of Winchester, Kentucky.
In 2006, John Hampton and David Henry joined the agency, thus the renaming of the agency to GCH Insurance Group.
