Key Harbor Insurance was founded in 2013 by Un Denneny, and steadily grew to one of the largest insurance agencies in the local area.
By 2017 the agency became to large for a sole owner to operate and manage the 8 agents working with her at the time, which led Un to search for a party able to purchase the agency in order to manage and operate it effectively.
Un was able to find that party to buy her agency, so in September of 2017 John Kotalik and Judy Sinclaire, owners of Northwest Insurance Brokers, LLC, purchased the Key Harbor Insurance becoming the managing partners and equity owners of the Agency.

John comes to Key Harbor Insurance as a former Farmers Insurance Agency owner as well as bringing over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate development in the senior housing industry.
Judy has been a Real Estate Broker in the Puget Sound area for over 25 years, and is now focusing on the operational side of Key Harbor Insurance.
Un Denneny is the Founder of Key Harbor Insurance, and continues to play an important role at the Agency.
Un is a Korean immigrant who came to the US in 1988, and shortly thereafter proudly became an American citizen.
