At the heart of the Great Depression our Grandfather, William Kenneth Johnson (hence WKJ Insurance Agency) began our Insurance Agency from Scratch. He received an appointment with the State Auto Mutual Insurance Company as an Agent for Lorain County.
We were on the second floor of the old J. C. Penney building on Broad Street here in Elyria. C. Keith Johnson the son of Kenneth joined his father and the two of them quickly built a great customer base by offering Outstanding, Honest, Personal Customer Service. Around 1962 Keith moved the Agency to our current location at 580 Cleveland Street. Jennifer A. Johnson (Denny's Daughter) graduated from Tiffin University and worked for several corporations until someone told her she needed to work in the Family business!
Thank fully she agreed and joined the Agency.

The SR-22 certificate notifies the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles License Division that you have a minimum of liability insurance and have met the State's minimum insurance requirements.
You may receive a notice of suspension from the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles License Division office stating that if you don't file for an SR-22 by a certain date, your driver's license will be suspended.
