He graduated from McNeese State University and entered the insurance business in 1974 with General Adjustment Bureau and then went on to work for Harlan Louisiana, Inc. now Bayly Martin & Fay.
Jim has been with Erwin Insurance agency since 1978. MICHAEL DIRMANN graduated from Southeastern University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice 1980. He entered insurance field with Farm Bureau insurance in 1987. Michael has been with Erwin Insurance Agency since 2002. JAMES "JAY" CASERTA graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 2002. He began his insurance career in 2003 with Gilsbar, Inc. and has been with Erwin Insurance Agency since 2004.
