As part of Erie Insurance Group's program "Erie Agents Giving Back" the D.L. Townsend Agency was able to donate $1,000 to the Finleyville Food Pantry on behalf of Erie Insurance.
The D.L. Townsend Agency matched that donation for a total of $2,000 and also provided 400 reusable grocery bags.
Prior to the pandemic and subsequent economic shutdown, the Finleyville Food Pantry would typically provide for approximately 75 families each week.
