As a Quincy native, J.D. began a banking career in 1983 as an ATM technician and teller, transitioned into collections, and was hired in 1988 by Mercantile Bank as a consumer lender.
Eventually, he moved into mortgage lending, and alongside a dedicated and loyal staff, built a mortgage department based on superior customer service.
J.D. has served on several community committees and has been treasurer of Habitat for Humanity for more than 20 years, treasurer of Quinsippi Soccer League, serves at Madison Park Christian Church and thrives on helping and serving others.
