Nick lives in Pensacola, FL and is a full time, highly motivated, State of Florida licensed, insured and exam certified residential and commercial property inspector. Nick studied Liberal Arts and Philosophy abroad in Rome, Italy and returned to NWFL with a passion to serve his community through service, charity, and mentoring. Nick has lived in Northwest FL for most of his life and is familiar with the building practices in the area.
Prior to becoming a Certified Licensed home inspector, Nick was a Certified residential contractor for Escambia County. Nick possesses over 13 years of experience in residential construction and has built and managed many custom construction projects throughout the area. In addition to his contracting experience, training, continued education, and certifications in home inspections, Nick, has the skills and means to deliver a quick, clear, detailed, and accurate inspection report.
