Employee Benefit Design, LLC is a full-service independent insurance agency specializing in employee benefits for both employers and employees. We offer a wide range of individual and group health, dental, life, disability, worksite, compliance and retirement plans. Group plans can be offered as fully insured or self insured with a broad range of nationally recognized carriers.

Additionally, we offer fully insured Individual coverage plans. Lastly, we are also certified to offer Medicare Supplements. Let us be your resource to information and compliance assistance with health care reform legislation and exchanges in the increasingly complex health marketplace. We are among the largest employee benefits advisory organizations as a United Benefit Advisor (UBA) which allows us to provide our clients with access to service, resources, and expertise throughout the country.
Services
Upon graduation from Missouri State University, I entered the Insurance and Securities Business establishing Stephens Insurance & Financial Services in 1985 specializing in Life, Health, Disability, Investment Planning and Financial Services.
In 1997 I co-founded Employee Benefit Design, LLC and have been serving individual and employer group clients with their Insurance & Financial needs for over 33 years.
In addition to arranging insurance protection plans for individuals & employer groups, I am registered representative with LPL Inc. Member FINRA/SIPC and provide services to Retirement Plans such as 401-k, Simple IRA and other qualified Retirement Planning programs for firms of all sizes.
We strive to provide our clients with information, resources, and services to design cost effective employee benefit and compliance plans.
