Beginning as a auditor for insurance carriers specializing in general liability and workers compensation audits, before moving into the independent insurance agency business.
After college and prior to the insurance industry, Roger began his business career in the banking industry and worked for several major banks in downtown Austin.
Roger and Debbie, his wife of 36 years, were both born and raised in Texas.
They have lived in the Austin area since 1981 and Cedar Park since 1985.
