Marketplace Insurance Exchange is a family owned independent insurance agency.
It was founded in 2003 right here in Arlington, TX.
Over the years we have trained and gained experience in multiple fields of insurance.
Some of our main agencies we work with would be United Healthcare, Humana, Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield and many more.
Don't worry if all the different types make you feel like you're on a roller coaster.
Completely why we are here.
We make the overwhelming and difficult side of insurance easy for you.
We want you to feel like you have a good grasp on Medicare so you can choose a plan that's right for you.
You can get help from your state paying your Medicare premiums.
In some cases, Medicare Savings Programs may also pay Hospital Insurance and Medical Insurance deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments if you meet certain conditions.
Medicare Advantage Plans were created so that healthy competition can happen between independent providers which leads to better coverage and cost for the individual consumer.
We want you to feel like you have a good grasp on Medicare so you can choose a plan that's right for you.
Medicare has four parts.
Parts A and B are called Original Medicare.
They're run by the federal government.
Medicare Part C is called Medicare Advantage.
You buy Medicare Advantage plans from private health insurance companies that contract with the government.
They work with Original Medicare coverage.
Part D covers prescription drugs.
Many Medicare Advantage plans combine Parts A, B and D in one plan.
You can get help from your state paying your Medicare premiums.
In some cases, Medicare Savings Programs may also pay Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance) and Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance) deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments if you meet certain conditions.
These conditions are listed below under "How do I apply for Medicare Savings Programs?"
If you have income from working, you may qualify for these 4 programs even if your income is higher than the income limits listed below.
If you qualify for the QMB program, SLMB, or QI program, you automatically qualify to get Extra Help paying for Medicare prescription drug coverage.
Medical Advantage plans, (sometimes referred to as Part C) involve independent insurance providers taking over the original Medicare plans of Part A and Part B while often adding additional benefits.
This was created so that healthy competition can happen between independent providers which leads to better coverage and cost for the individual consumer.
Marketplace Insurance Exchange Medicare Advantage plans can be tailored to include prescription drug coverage and other services such as vision care and specialized wellness and fitness services, in addition to extra benefits not paid by Medicare alone.
