His Dad was a Silver Star decorated American WWII veteran, and his Mother worked three jobs to support her five children after she lost her husband at an early age.
After graduation from Waynesville High School, Ron attended Southwest Missouri State University (now Missouri State) where he studied chemistry.
Ron eventually found his calling in the sales and customer service field, being recruited by a major insurance company to represent their brand.
