After a successful pro-bowl career with the Pittsburgh Steelers from 1951 - 1959, Dale Dodrill and his partner started Dodrill Insurance, Inc. in 1961 in Denver, Colorado.
Dale began writing with Safeco Insurance and quickly added Travelers Insurance the following year.
His business grew quickly because of his hard work and dedication to provide the best customer service, and he bought out his partner in the early 60s.
Dale moved his office to its present location in Lakewood, Colorado in the early 70s.
