The Caldwell Agency, LLC., is an independent insurance agency established in 2007 with a firm commitment to offer our customers the most competitive price, without the expense of good service. My agency combined forces with two local agencies in 2009 to create North State Insurance Group, LLC. We now have three locations in Cary and our mission is to provide the best possible coverage at the lowest possible price, all while serving our customers with honesty and integrity.
I started my agency in Cary in September of 2007 after working for a captive insurance company in Raleigh. The opportunity to own and operate my own agency was one I couldn't turn down and has been a decision I will never regret. I believe that my agency goal can be summed up in three words. Service. I love connecting with our clients- showing them we care, asking them the right questions and listening to their concerns.
