I am a Texas native reigning from San Antonio. After graduating cum-laude from Southwest Texas State University. I went onward to pursue the insurance industry. In 1993 I started with State Farm Claims with the goal of one day having my own agency. Seven years later I opened my doors in 2000 as Alan Cox State Farm in the very office we operate in today!
I am passionate about the role I play in your life. We aren't just a company that insures what you keep in your garage, we go above and beyond to prevent you & your family from being vulnerable to all of life's unexpected events. From your car, to your home, to your life, we want to be there for it all. When I am not in the office I can usually be found around a local golf course or fishing spot with my family.
I have been married to my beautiful wife, Shari for 26 years. She is a Salado native and recently retired from State Farm claims after putting in over 21 years of hard work. You could say we are somewhat of a State Farm family, where our customer needs are put first and foremost!
