I was born and raised in Silver Spring, MD. I attended school at Towson University with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice. My experience at my office taught me how to provide the right protection for our customers, ranging from auto insurance, homeowner's insurance, renter's insurance, life insurance, boaters insurance and financial services. Before opening Scott Covington State Farm, I worked in auto claims for State Farm Corporate which then led me to opening my own agency. I love to spend time outdoors in Beltsville, Maryland. I enjoy living in Elkridge, my wife who homeschools our children and I have five kids who keep us very busy but I wouldn't have it any other way!
We serve our community as a family by serving our local Church. I still like to keep up with and support our local sports teams such as Calverton Chargers and Burtonsville Baseball.
