The Trimbur Insurance Agency was established as Paul J. Trimbur, Inc. in 1949 when our namesake, Paul J. Trimbur, purchased an existing agency that traced its roots to 1894.
Over the years, the agency grew into a full service multi-line agency and ownership of the agency was transferred to Mr. Trimbur's son Thomas A. Trimbur and grandsons Thomas P. Trimbur and Paul J. Trimbur.
In the late 1980s the Trimbur Agency's operations were moved from downtown Pittsburgh to Champion, PA.
In the summer of 2008, the agency expanded to an additional office in Murrysville.
Over the years, the agency grew into a full service multi-line agency and ownership of the agency was transferred to Mr. Trimbur's son Thomas A. Trimbur and grandsons Thomas P. Trimbur and Paul J. Trimbur.
