Bob began his career in the local hotel business. For over a decade, he managed area hotels, learning all facets of the industry. His attention to client service was a trait that would serve him well when he began as a commercial lines producer with the Captain's Agency in 1988.
Five years later, Bob would purchase the agency from his father in law, Richard (Dick) Hubbs and, after merging with the McCue Agency in 1997, created the agency as it is known today.
